Terms and Conditions for the Facility

1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for provision of services, liability, and stay on the premises of the Jabramówka holiday facility located in Jabramowo (hereinafter referred to as the "Facility").

2. The owner and manager of the Facility is West Side Story Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor").

3. The person making the reservation and accompanying persons are hereinafter referred to as "Guests".

4. Making a reservation and payment for the stay (including the deposit) is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.

5. The reservation and payment for the stay are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or shortening of the stay by the Guest.

6. A maximum of 6 persons may stay in the cottage. If a greater number of unregistered persons is found, the Lessor has the right to charge an additional fee of PLN 200 per additional person per night.

1. The cottage and plot have been designed and adapted for the stay of persons with disabilities, in particular those with limited mobility.

2. The Lessor exercises due diligence to ensure the most comfortable and safe conditions for all Guests.

3. Due to the individual nature of needs arising from different types of disabilities, the Lessor recommends contacting in advance before making a reservation to confirm whether the Facility meets the Guest's specific expectations.

1. The accommodation night begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

2. Upon check-in, Guests are required to present a valid identity document.

3. The detailed check-in procedure, including key collection instructions, is sent by email no later than 24 hours before arrival.

4. A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is collected on the day of arrival to secure any claims for damages or breaches of the Regulations.

5. The deposit is settled on the day of departure after the cottage and plot are handed over.

6. A fee of PLN 50 is charged for losing the key.

7. Guests are required to pay the tourist tax in accordance with the current rate applicable in the municipality.

1. The Facility grounds include the holiday cottage, garden, pond with pier and recreational infrastructure.

2. The pond is an unguarded water body.

3. Swimming in the pond and using the pier is at Guests' own risk and responsibility.

4. The Lessor is not liable for accidents, injuries, harm to health or death resulting from the use of the pond, pier and premises.

5. The following are prohibited:

a) swimming under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,

b) jumping into the water from the pier,

c) leaving children without constant and direct supervision of adults.

6. Children staying on the premises remain under the full responsibility of their legal guardians.

1. Guests may use the available recreational equipment, in particular: SUP boards, trampolines, deck chairs and garden furniture.

2. Use of recreational equipment is at the exclusive responsibility of Guests, and in the case of children – their guardians.

3. Grilling is only permitted in the place designated by the Lessor.

4. Grilling on the terrace is strictly prohibited.

5. Any damage, including discoloration or destruction of the terrace caused by fire, grease or high temperature, will be covered from the Guest's deposit.

1. Quiet hours apply on the premises between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

2. Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the cottage.

3. The use of electrical appliances that are not part of the cottage equipment is prohibited, with the exception of phone and laptop chargers.

4. Guests are required to sort waste and keep the premises tidy.

5. Guests are materially liable for damage caused by their fault or the fault of persons accompanying them.

1. Only small dogs and cats are allowed on the premises.

2. Pet stays are subject to an additional fee according to the current price list.

3. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and to prevent them from staying on beds and mattresses.

4. In case of soiling or pet hair on bedding and mattresses, the Guest will be charged the cost of professional cleaning.

1. The external area of the Facility is monitored to ensure the safety of Guests and protection of property.

2. The Lessor is not responsible for Guests' property left in the cottage or on the premises, including vehicles parked on the property.

3. Guests are required to lock doors and windows when leaving the cottage.

4. Any breakdowns or unexpected events should be reported immediately to the Lessor at the contact details available at www.jabramowka.pl.

1. The Lessor has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and demand that the Guest leave the Facility without refund of the stay fee in the case of:

a) gross breach of the Regulations,

b) disturbance of quiet hours,

c) damage to property,

d) behavior endangering the safety of other persons.

2. Any defects noticed during the stay should be reported immediately.

1. The administrator of Guests' personal data is West Side Story Sp. z o.o. Data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the rental service.

2. The Regulations are available on the Facility's website and in the cottage.

3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
